Our client was falsely implicated in case of cheque bounce/dishounred of cheque, but after the hard work of .soomro .adv
The accused person was discharged under section 249A CRPC.
The prosecution failed to produce the complainant despite repeated notices.
Hence the accused person was discharged and surety will be released as per the order of honourable court.
