It has been observed with deep concern by the Management of Bahria Town Karachi that some petty / random dealers / builders are selling their projects on totally unjustified & non practical rates which clearly shows their intention to mislead innocent people for their own agenda.
This practice has largely disturbed selling of genuine & authentic projects of recognized dealers/ builders and has created adverse effect growth/ progress.
The Management of Bahria Town has decided that going forward it is imperative for every dealer/ builder to obtain prior NOC of Sale from the concerned department before launch of any project to put this unethical practice to rest.
In case of noncompliance the property will be sized and respective dealer/ builder will be black listed.
