💍 What is Court Marriage?
Court marriage is a lawful union between two consenting adults (male & female) solemnized in the presence of a Nikah Registrar and witnesses, often facilitated by the court or through an advocate for legal documentation.
⚖ Legal Requirements:
1️⃣ Age: Groom – 18 years, Bride – 16 years (as per Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, provincial variations apply).
