فوت شدہ شخص کے خلاف البتہ مقدمہ دائر نہیں ہوسکتا ہے لیکن اگر وہ مقروض ہے، تو اس کے قانونی وارث اپنے والد کی جائیداد میں سے قرض کی ادائیگی کےپابند ہیں ۔۔ یہ جائیداد وراثت میں نہیں جائے گی جب تک قرض ادا نہیں ہوجاتا ہے، اس کے بعد وہ باقی ماندہ وراثت میں جائے گی ۔۔۔ شکریہ
