ہندوستان میں ایک وکیل صاحب وکالت کے دوران پراپرٹی ڈیلری بھی کرتے پائے گئے۔ بار کونسل آف انڈیا نے ایکشن لیا تو وکیل نے اعتراف کر لیا کہ وہ پراپرٹی ڈیلر بھی ہیں۔ بار کونسل نے وکیل کو پانچ سال کیلئے وکالت سے نااہل کردیا۔ وکیل نے سپریم کورٹ میں اپیل کی، سپریم کورٹ نے وکالت کے ساتھ پراپرٹی ڈیلری کرنے کو "سنگین پیشہ ورانہ مس کنڈکٹ" قرار دیتے ہوئے پابندی/نااہلی برقرار رکھی۔
