YOUNG LAWYERS ASSOCIATION ISLAMABAD ANNOUNCES CALL FOR BAILIFFS

Registration is now live for Bailiffs for the National Moot Court Competition 2026, organized by the Young Lawyers Association Islamabad.

We invite dedicated and competent law students to serve as bailiffs during this prestigious competition. The role includes assisting judges and participating teams, managing time during oral rounds, and ensuring smooth courtroom proceedings. Junior law students are especially encouraged to apply and gain valuable exposure to pleadings, legal arguments, courtroom etiquette, and the overall moot court experience.

This opportunity is free of cost, and experience certificates will be provided to all selected bailiffs.

We are pleased to feature Rahib Hussain, President of the Moot Court Society, IIUI, as our featured speaker for the Pre Moot Guidance Session organized for participants of the National Moot Court Competition 2026.

Rahib Hussain brings extensive moot court experience, having participated in the 1st Bahria International Moot Court Competition and 11+ national level moot court competitions. His achievements include securing a place among the Top 10 Oralists and 3rd Team Position at the 16th Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, receiving the Best Oralist and Best Written Submission Awards at the MUN before ICJ by TNV, winning the TNV Mock Trial Competition, and earning the Best Memorial Award at the FOSPAH Moot Court Competition. He has also qualified for the prestigious Nuremberg Moot Court Competition.

Beyond competing, he has coached teams for the 17th Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition and several national level competitions, while also serving as an adjudicator at moot court competitions organized by YLAI and the 1st Mock Trial Competition at NUST.

This session will offer participants practical insights, advocacy guidance, and valuable perspectives to help them prepare for the courtroom with confidence.
