*FBR RTO-I Karachi Launches WhatsApp Complaint Line for Reporting Corruption*

The Regional Tax Office-I (RTO-I), Karachi has taken a significant step towards promoting integrity and transparency within the department. As per Office Order No. Admn-I/CCIR/RTO-I/Khi/2024-25/8723 dated 03.05.2025, a dedicated WhatsApp number [0330-9992448] has been established to receive complaints against officers/officials of the RTO-I.

Key Highlights:
1.Citizens can report bribery, misuse of authority, embezzlement, or any other form of corruption by sending a detailed complaint via WhatsApp.
2.Supporting evidence (audio, video, documents, etc.) is encouraged to be attached.
3.The identity of complainants will be kept strictly confidential.
4.All complaints will undergo thorough scrutiny and investigation.
5.This initiative reflects FBR’s resolve to eliminate corruption and foster a culture of accountability and openness
