Addressing the students at TILS during the First Moot Court Competition was both an honor and a moment of immense pride. This occasion marks not just a competition, but the beginning of a journey where aspiring legal minds step into the practical world of advocacy, argumentation, and courtroom decorum. Mooting is not merely about winning or losing; it is about learning how to think critically, present arguments with confidence, and uphold the principles of justice with integrity.

I encouraged the students to view this platform as an opportunity to refine their legal skills, develop persuasive communication, and embrace the discipline that the legal profession demands. Participation in such competitions builds character, enhances research abilities, and instills the courage to stand firm on one’s stance while respecting opposing viewpoints.
I also appreciated the efforts of the organizers for creating such a valuable learning environment and urged the students to make the most of this experience. The future of the legal profession lies in capable hands like theirs, and events like these serve as the foundation for producing competent, ethical, and confident advocates.

سیدہ کشمالہ ایڈووکیٹ ھائی کورٹ کی صدر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ بار سے وفد کے ہمراہ ملاقات اور اپنے ساتھ پیش آنے والے واقعہ پر صدر بار کو واقعہ کے متعلق آگاہ کیا۔ صدر بار سید واجد علی شاہ گیلانی نے واقعہ کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے فوری طور پر آئی جی اسلام آباد سید علی ناصر رضوی کو واقعہ کے متعلق خط لکھا اور کہا کہ اگر فلفور واقعہ کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے ذمہ دران کے خلاف کاروائی عمل میں نہ لائی گئی تو شدید احتجاج کریں گے اورعدالت سے رجوع کرتے ہوئےاپنی معزز بار ممبر کو انصاف دلوائیں گے۔
