NAWAZ SHARIF DISQUALIFICATION: APPEAL TO MAKE FULL COURT
From the clue or lead we could reasonably infer from the additional note of Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa in the qualification judgment (June 2018) of Sheikh Rashid Ahmad (Chairman Awami Muslim League), the honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan is requested and appealed, in wider interest of national perception in justice and to save society from conflicting political interpretations - sharp divide and polarization, may be pleased to refer Nawaz Sharif disqualification matter to the Full Court if deemed appropriate.
Nawaz Sharif disqualification verdict was passed by Honourable Supreme Court in accordance with Law and Constitution of Pakistan. However, certain political entities twisted it in self styled interpretation and assumed roles of beneficiaries vs affected to serve their respective political agenda. The society as a result, has polarized politically as well as socially and the noble role of the highest Judiciary at this point of time may serve as damage control which would be a great service to the nation.
