We assailed the order passed by the worthy President of Pakistan in a Representation arising out of the order passed by Federal Ombudsman Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace in a Constitution Petition before Honorable Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.
We not only got the order of President suspended but the Notification for termination of the services of the Member Federal Services Tribunal was also suspended.
We filed the said petition on behalf of the Member Federal Services Tribunal.

A Constitution Petition titled: Raja M. Umair Khan vs. Chairman NAB etc was filed before Honorable Islamabad High Court wherein the appointment of Prosecutor General NAB was challenged.
Mr. Hasnain Ibrahim Kazmi Advocate Supreme Court was the Counsel for the Prosecutor General NAB in the said case.
Today i.e. on May 10, 2019 the instant case came up for hearing for addressing the final arguments and after hearing all the parties at length, the Honorable Court was pleased to dismiss the Writ Petition.
It was a great achievement indeed.

On a Constitution Petition filed by us, the honorable Islamabad High Court was pleased to remove the Chairman CDA from the post on 29th December 2017.

Case was partly heard and adjourned till 19th of September 2017

The Honorable Islamabad High Court was pleased to dismiss a frivolous petition filed by one Shafqat Hussain, who alleged through some foreign NGOs and other international donors whom were misinformed I am sure.
It was a great decision.
The sponsored petition based on baseless assertions was dismissed.
I was expecting that the sponsors would be burdened with heavy costs.
