Today, Barrister Husnain Haider Thaheem (ASC), along with his legal team, appeared before the High Court in Writ Petition No. 263/2026 Contempt of Court, representing the petitioners and contesting the contempt of court proceedings initiated by the respondent, CDA.
After hearing the matter, the Honourable High Court took serious notice of the allegations and issued notices to the respondent, CDA officials, directing them to appear in person before the Court in connection with the contempt of court proceedings.
We remain committed to protecting our clients' rights and upholding the rule of law through all available legal remedies.
