We are currently seeking a highly competent and motivated Admin and HR Manager to join our dynamic team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive onboarding experience
• Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with privacy regulations
• Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in employee development and training initiatives
• Resolve employee conflicts or issues through effective mediation and conflict resolution strategies
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for the management team
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
• Support the finance department with administrative tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy
