S. 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order is violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.

I am not a fan of but I respect the rule of law. Currently the rule of law in is at the tip of the iceberg and there seems to be no hope.

I will keep making my efforts to support rule of law and request everyone to help me in doing so for our Country and not any political party.

Article 91(7) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan states that "...the president shall not exercise his powers under this clause unless he is SATISFIED that the Prime Minister DOES NOT COMMAND THE CONFIDENCE OF THE MAJORITY... and shall require the Prime Minister to obtain vote of confidence from the Assembly."

From the bare perusal it is very clear that this power can only be exercised if the President i.e. his Excellency Mr. Arif Alvi, if he is satisfied that the PM does not have the confidence of the majority only then under Clause 1 of Article 54 of the Constitution can he summon the Majlis-e-Shoora.

Strictly speaking in accordance with the law and keeping in view the aforementioned, our President is satisfied that the Prime Minister does not have a command over the confidence of the majority

On the prevailing contentious issue of chambers constructed on football ground in F-8, Islamabad, a period of 2 months have been granted to vacate the said chambers and CDA/administration will be at liberty thereafter, to, demolish the chambers.

We must comply with the law and the Orders of the Hon'ble Apex Courts. However, at the same time, the District Courts of Islamabad must be shifted to it's very own place along with the Hon'ble Islamabad High Court.

General Knowledge For The Public: When any Police Officer has failed to perform his duties within the scope of Article 4 of Police Order, 2002, for such violation the said Officer could be punished by a Magistrate under Article 155 of the Police Order, 2002 or disciplinary action could be taken by the competent authority of police department as provided by Article 113 of Police Order, 2002, and appropriate rules.
