Since seller was doing drop shipping so he didn't have any Supplier invoices.
How do we reactivate this account?
Seller received a notification from Amazon on March 2, 2023 that your account is being deactivated due to selling inauthentic products and mentioned 3 asins.
Seller approached us on 2nd March 2023 after multiple failed attempts, We took up his case and after detailed case study we found that they don't have invoices from present supplier invoices we had to convince amazon to allow us to provide future supplier invoices which is authentic as per amazon criteria.
Faced tough time convincing amazon but at last with strong and convincing plan of action amazon agreed to provide future supplier invoices for at least 10 units.
So we shortlisted an authentic supplier placed order on it and got invoices.
Amazon don't need Only invoices and asked to submit another plan of action with invoices so we have drafted another customized Plan of Action made sure that no point or ambiguity left. Submitted POA and invoices. Alhamdulliah within 24 hours account got reinstated.
With right approach and help of Almighty Allah got successfully. Alhamdulliah ❀️
Note: Don’t submit forged, manipulated invoices in this suspension because amazon considers it fraudulent activity and will never reinstate that account.
