-Provision of revision or appeal has been given to the final order of the Family Court--
-Under S.14(3) of the Family Courts Act, 1964, no appeal or revision lies against interim order passed by the Family Court.

ملزم کے خلاف 489 ایف کا پرچہ تھا ملزم 8 ماہ سے گرفتار ہوا تھا ملزم کے خلاف دعویٰ دلاپانے آرڈر 37 زیر سماعت تھا اس لئے ملزم کا اب فرار ہونا بنتا نہیں تھا ملزم کو ضمانت بعد از گرفتاری دے دی گئی
