E-Bus Supply Contract – Conclusion of Proceedings
Having represented the Petitioner in proceedings before the Lahore High Court, Pindi concerning an e-Bus supply contract, it was rewarding to see the matter concluded after the Government withdrew its termination letter, rendering the petition infructuous.

The matter illustrates the value of prompt judicial scrutiny and vigilant oversight in disputes arising from public sector supply contracts.

Was at the newly-established Federal Constitutional Court today, currently operating from the Islamabad High Court building.
