Honoured to have served as a Memorial Evaluator for the TIAC Nikonov International Arbitration Moot 2026 – Pakistan Selection Phase.

I am always pleasantly surprised by the dedication, effort and commitment demonstrated by the teams, as well as the quality of the legal research, assessment of facts and development of arguments that go into these submissions.

My appreciation to Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha and the ICADRP team for their efforts in facilitating the Pakistan selection process.

Wishing all the participating teams the very best for the next stage in Uzbekistan.

E-Bus Supply Contract – Conclusion of Proceedings

The matter illustrates the value of prompt judicial scrutiny and vigilant oversight in disputes arising from public sector supply contracts.
