Location: Faisalabad
Faisalabad Grammar School is looking for an experienced, visionary, and dynamic Head of School to lead our Early Years and Primary Years (EY–Grade 5).
This is a key leadership role for an educator who understands that strong schools are built on powerful foundations — starting from Early Years and Primary excellence.

• Drive admissions growth, especially in Early Years & Primary
• Build a nurturing, high-expectation school culture
• Lead curriculum quality, teaching standards, and student outcomes
• Strengthen parent trust and community confidence
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teachers
• Establish strong systems for operations, safeguarding, and academic excellence
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has proven leadership experience in Early Years and/or Primary
• Has excellent English communication skills
• Understands child development and foundational learning
• Has experience in school improvement and team leadership
• Can balance academic rigour with age-appropriate pedagogy
