یکم مارچ 2024 یا اسکے بعد LATE FILER ہونے والے متوجہ ہوں

آن لائن Verification System میں FBR نے ان لوگوں کو جو یکم مارچ 2024 یا اس سے بعد رجسٹرڈ ہو کر فائلر ہوئے، ان کا Status Late File کر دیا ہے، اگر 2024 کی ریٹرن بروقت ستمبر سے پہلے فائل کر دیں گے تو 1 مارچ 2025 میں آپکا FILER STATUS آجائے گا۔

لہذا اب ہر سال 1 جولائی سے 30 ستمبر کے درمیان ٹیکس ریٹرن جمع کروانے والے ہی بمطابق قانون FILER ہوا کریں گے۔

سپریم کورٹ، نکاح دوران عدت کی preposition پر 2022 PCrLJ 1188 میں یہ واضح کر چکی ہے کہ عدت کے دوران نکاح کرنا irregular ضرور ہوتا ہے لیکن invalid نہیں اسلیئے یہ عمل قانون و شریعت کی نظر میں نا جائز یا جرم نہیں ہے تو اسلئے اسکی کوئی سزا بھی نہیں بنتی، پھر عدت کا باقی وقت مکمل ہونے پر ایسا نکاح خود بخود valid بھی ہو جاتا ہے، مزید یہ جاننا بھی ضروری ہے کہ شریعت کی رو سے عدت 3 پیریڈ سائیکل پر محیط ہوتا ہے اس کیلئے دنوں کی تعداد مقرر نہیں ہے اسلئے عدت کی تکمیل کے تعین کا حق صرف اور صرف خاتون کا ہوتا ہے اور اس بابت متعلقہ خاتون کے بیان کو حتمی سمجھا جائے گا اور اسی بیان کے مطابق ہی فیصلہ کیا جائے گا۔
