Today, Rizwan Ud Din Advocate High Court, the Founding Member and Senior Partner of Al Wakeel Law Consultants, had a cordial meeting with Advocate Inayat Ullah Khan, the newly elected Member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council, at his office.

He warmly congratulated Advocate Inayat Ullah Khan on his well-deserved success and extended best wishes for his upcoming tenure.

During the meeting, they held a detailed discussion on the challenges faced by junior advocates of Chitral, especially the need for professional development and skill-enhancing opportunities.

Advocate Inayat Ullah Khan assured that, InshaAllah, he will soon arrange a training session at the Judicial Academy specifically for the young lawyers of Chitral to help strengthen their professional capacity. ⚖️

شاشہ روڈ کی فوری بحالی—اہلیانِ علاقہ کی درد بھری اپیل

شاشہ روڈ جو کہ 2015 کے تباہ کن سیلاب میں مکمل طور پر برباد ہو گئی تھی، آج تک بحالی کی منتظر ہے۔ مقامی باشندگانِ کریم آباد، اَرکاری اور گرم چشمہ نے اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت محدود وسائل میں سڑک کو کھول کر آمدورفت بحال کی، مگر بدقسمتی سے 5 کلومیٹر طویل اس متاثرہ حصے کی سرکاری سطح پر ابھی تک بحالی نہیں کی گئی۔

2017 میں این ایچ اے نے اس روڈ کی تعمیر و بحالی کا ٹینڈر جاری کیا تھا، مگر اب تک بولی کا عمل معطل ہے اور کوئی پیش رفت سامنے نہیں آئی۔ باخبر ذرائع کے مطابق منصوبہ Prime Minister Office کے لیے تجویز کے طور پر تیار ہے، اس لیے گزارش ہے کہ پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن) کی قیادت اس عوامی مسئلے کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر آگے بڑھانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کرے۔

ڈپٹی کمشنر چترال لوئر مختلف ترقیاتی کاموں میں فعال کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں، تاہم سمجھ سے بالاتر ہے کہ شاشہ روڈ جیسے اہم اور بنیادی عوامی مسئلے پر اب تک کوئی عملی قدم کیوں نہیں اٹھایا گیا۔ ڈی سی دفتر کے پاس اس سڑک کی مرمت اور عبوری بحالی کے احکامات جاری کرنے کا اختیار موجود ہے، لیکن اس اہم ترین معاملے پر خاموشی باعثِ تشویش ہے۔

یہ روڈ کریم آباد، اَرکاری اور گرم چشمہ جیسے تین بڑے وادیوں کا واحد گیٹ وے ہے اور اس کی خستہ حالی سے ہزاروں افراد متاثر ہیں۔
لہٰذا عوامی مفاد کے پیشِ نظر سیاسی قیادت، انتظامیہ اور متعلقہ اداروں سے پُرزور گزارش ہے کہ اس دیرینہ مسئلے کی فوری حل کیلئے مؤثر اقدامات کریں۔
