🧑‍⚖️ WHO ARE COVERED?
🔹 Real Estate Broker – Passes PRC board exam; holds valid COR/PIC
🔹 Real Estate Appraiser / Assessor – Licensed valuation experts
🔹 Real Estate Consultant – Licensed for professional advice
🔹 Real Estate Salesperson – PRBRES‑accredited; works only under a licensed broker; receives commission only through the broker

✅ KEY RULES TO REMEMBER
• Must be Filipino citizen, 18 years old+, with required qualifications
• Only licensed/accredited professionals may charge fees or commissions
• Salespersons cannot sign contracts or collect payments directly
• Firms/agencies must have a licensed responsible officer
• Licenses renewed every 3 years with completed CPD units

⚠️ PENALTIES FOR UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE
