‼️The Reality of Being a Salesperson‼️
A lot of people think that when you’re in sales or in real estate, especially as an agent, you’re automatically earning big. 😂
They see the commissions, the nice clothes, the confidence. But what they don’t see is the ratio behind the results. imath nato ni.
1. For every one “YES,” there are hundreds of “NO's.”
(lets say 50 leads - di nimo kaila. only 5 of them are qualified pero ang nipush kay 2 ra.)
2. For every closed deal, there are countless rejections, ghostings, and emotional battles we face in silence.
3. For every confident pitch, there’s a heart that already went through multiple breakdowns before it became strong enough to try again
And yet people think sales isn’t a “dignified” job because mamaligya ra ka. yes, MAMALIGYA KA!
But what they don’t realize is that SALES is one of the hardest and most character-shaping careers out there.
1. We are our own capital.
Our confidence, our time, our energy, our heart. That’s what we invest every single day.
2. We face the judgment of people who look down on us, and yet we still show up.
3. We take the risk of rejection again and again, because we believe in what we offer and in ourselves.
one thing, Sales is not for the weak.❌
THAT'S WHY NOT EVERYONE CAN SURVIVE IN SALES.
again, It takes humility to keep offering help, knowing that most people will underestimate what you do.
✅But that’s also why salespeople deserve the rewards they earn — because every peso, every commission, every client won, came with a price: the emotional toll, the swallowed pride, and the persistence to stand up again after rejections.
So the next time someone says, “Ah, sales/agent ra diay ka?”
Remember: salespeople move the world.
No company grows without them.
No dream gets built without someone brave enough to sell it first.
It’s not an easy job —but it’s one of the most rewarding.
