Looking back at my spiritual journey, have I been able to keep my faith?

Or am I the type of person who avoids difficult situations and gives up quickly?

Is there any major stumbling block in my life right now that is testing my endurance and is keeping me from finishing well?

For me to receive God's promises, I need to ENDURE in doing His will. (Hebrews 10:36).

To help me endure and withstand the attack of wickedness, I will continue to look upon JESUS, be guided by the Holy Spirit, reject any false teaching, and hold fast to the Truth of God’s Word.

Because I have been sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption, I have His power working in me to enable me to stand firm (Romans 14:4).

I will persevere, keep my eyes on the goal, and finish strong as I continue the race. I will overcome this world and be granted reward in the world to come. I will NOT QUIT, I will never give up, and I will keep my faith until I reach the PRIZE!

No. 258524, ruled that cyber libel is not a brand-new crime, but rather a form of traditional libel committed through a computer system. Because of this, the shorter prescriptive period under the Revised Penal Code applies rather than the 12- or 15-year periods previously debated under other statutes.

FIND THE VALUE OF QUORUM. QUORUM=X

The Cuenco vs. Avelino case was decided in 1949 based on the 1935 Constitution.

If you read the 1935 Constitution, it says, "The senate shall elect its President..."

Under the 1987 Constitution particularly Article VI, Section 16 (2) provides that "The Senate shall elect its President and the House of Representatives its Speaker, by a majority vote of all its respective Members."

The phrase-"majority of all its members” is very material. It means that under the present 1987 Constitution, the election or replacement of the Senate President requires 13 affirmative votes from all the members of the Senate.

There are 24 Senators under the coercive jurisdiction of the senate. Neither one died, in abroad nor incapacitated among the 24 senators. Detention of Senator Jingoy does not make him a less senator, the unknown whereabouts of Senator Bato Dela Rosa does not constitute resignation or incapacity. Ergo, there are 24 sitting Senators.

if there are 24 senators, then the number of quorum is 13.
