Deadline of Estate Tax Amnesty is on JUNE 14, 2025.

EXTENDED AND EXPANDED!

The Estate Tax Amnesty deadline has been extended to JUNE 14, 2025, while its coverage has been expanded to deaths on or before MAY 31, 2022, under Republic Act (RA) No. 11956.

This is to inform the public that Ms. MARY ANN “MAAN” MERCADO MAGNO, former legal secretary, whose photograph appear above, is no longer in the employment of, or in anyway affiliated with, BALMES LAW OFFICE effective February 13, 2024.

As such, Ms. Maan, is no longer authorized to represent BALMES LAW OFFICE or its owner, Atty. Kriselle S. Balmes, in any matter whatsoever. Any transaction made by her on behalf of this Office shall not be honored. Moreover, persons dealing with Ms. Maan supposedly on behalf of this Office shall do so at their own risk.
