Empowering health leaders for Universal Health Care implementation!

The Zuellig Family Foundation in partnership with the Department of Health Center for Health Development Central Visayas concluded the Bayang Malusog Provincial Leadership Health Development Program (PLHDP) Module 1 with health leaders from Cebu and Bohol in attendance. Academic partners University of the Philippines Cebu and Cebu Normal University facilitated the training program.

Held last July 8 and 9, 2026 in Mandaue, Cebu, the PHLDP strengthens healthcare governance by equipping local chief executives, health officers, and public health teams with improved capacities to build more responsive local health systems and improve service delivery when it matters the most.
