On February 4, 2026, DelRosarioLaw’s Herbert Tria and Aldrich Del Rosario met with Magsaysay MOL’s representative together with GARD’s Satoru Yamash*ta.

Beyond a routine meeting, the discussion reflected a shared responsibility among legal counsel, crewing leaders, and P&I representatives to ensure that maritime operations remain both compliant and people-centered. In an industry where regulations evolve and risks are ever-present, alignment across stakeholders is not just beneficial — it is necessary.

By maintaining open lines of communication and working collaboratively, we strengthen the systems that ultimately safeguard seafarers and support sustainable maritime operations.
