The University of Bohol will have no classes and university offices will be closed and will not accommodate official transactions on Monday, August 31, 2026, in observance of National Heroes Day, a regular holiday commemorating and honoring all known and unsung Filipino heroes who fought for the country’s freedom.

Please be informed that attendance at LEXStart 2026 is MANDATORY for all College of Law students.

This is to inform all employees, students, and stakeholders that, effective August 10, 2026, the University will implement the following measures to strengthen campus safety and security:

1. No ID, No Entry policy for all employees and students.
2. All visitors must secure a Visitor's Pass at the designated Visitor Assistance Center in each campus.
3. All members of the University community and visitors must comply with campus entry and exit procedures, dress code, and mandatory security screening.

Distance never weakened the bond he shared with the University of Bohol College of Law.

Transferring to the University of Bohol College of Law during his third year could have been intimidating, but instead, he found a community that welcomed him with warmth and encouragement. Despite studying remotely for much of law school and facing profound personal loss, the unwavering support of the Dean, faculty, classmates, and the entire UB Law community gave him the strength to persevere.

There were moments when it would have been easy to stop, but Atty. Anthony learned "to kumbati, to persevere despite life's challenges."

"What I appreciated most was the culture of UB Law. The professors were approachable, the atmosphere was conducive to learning, and there was a genuine sense that everyone wanted each student to succeed."

For Atty. Anthony Lee, a 2025 Juris Doctor graduate and passer of the 2025 Philippine Bar Examinations, the College was more than a place to study. It was a family that believed in his potential, celebrated his victories, and helped shape him into the lawyer he is today.
