Kung walay rehistro nga nahitabo, ang pagpanag-iya mapunta sa pumapalit nga unang nakahupot sa pisikal nga butang. (First possessor in good faith)

Kung walay rehistro o walay nakahupot sa butang, ang pagpanag-iya mapunta sa pumapalit nga adunay pinakaunang kontrata sa baligya (Oldest Title in Good Faith)

Baruganan sa Maayong Kabubut-on (The Principle of Good Faith): Ang pumapalit kinahanglan nga walay kasayuran mahitungod sa bisan unsang naunang baligya o depekto sa titulo sa namaligya sa panahon sa pagpalit ug pagparehistro.
