Magkaiba ang sukat sa technical description at actual na lupa?
Isang maling letra, ilang taon mong hindi maibenta ang property.

Sa FTEC, specialty namin ang Technical Correction — at ang mas nakakapagod na Multi-Agency Coordination (LRA, DENR, Assessor’s Office, etc.).

Hindi mo na kailangan pumila sa apat na opisina.
Isang coordinate lang sa amin, sabay-sabay na galaw ‘yan.
