A new format of Acknowlegement Certificates for OFW's Loans requirements that needs to be consularized is no longer needed an affixed Red Ribbon on it...

Nais ipabatid sa publiko ng Consulate General na simula Lunes, 17 Hunyo 2019, hindi na ito maglalakip o gagamit ng “red ribbon” sa mga dokumentong dadalin sa Konsulado para i-consularize/i-acknowledge (hal. Acknowledgement ng Special Power of Attorney, Affidavits, atbp.). Ang acknowledgement certificates na ini-isyu ng Konsulado ay patuloy na magtataglay ng eyelet na siyang magbibigkis ng certificate sa kasama nitong mga dokumento at patuloy pa rin itong magtataglay ng bilog na gold seal na may emboss ng dry seal ng Konsulado.

Ang hindi na paggamit ng red ribbon sa mga certificates ay ipapatupad na ng lahat ng mga Embahada at Konsulado ng Pilipinas sa buong mundo at hindi nito iibahin ang itsura / format o nilalaman ng nasabing mga certificates. Ang hindi pag-gamit ng red ribbon ay hindi makaka-apekto sa bisa o validity ng dokumentong na-consularize.
