Superior Customer Service
The cornerstone of our commitment to Excellence in Business is not just good service, but Superior Customer Service. All customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and have a pleasant service interaction where they spend their money.
Honesty in Marketing /Advertising Practices
Adhere to established standards of advertising and selling. No deceptive tactics such as “bait and switch”; and advertising for out of stock items simply to get customers in the door, but purposely not having the advertised product on hand, as examples.
Honesty in Business Practices
Honestly represent products and services, including clear and adequate disclosures of all material terms.
Openly identify the nature, location, and ownership of the business. Clearly disclose all policies, guarantees, procedures and requirements effecting customer purchases.
Do not charge for service or products consumer do/did not receive.
Do not require one sided, lengthy contracts that require the consumer to pay even if they receive poor or no service.
Full written disclosure of refund or return policy, where applicable.
Honor Commitments
Abide by all written agreements. Avoid verbal agreements.
Reactive and Interactive Dispute Resolution
Address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith.
Information Safeguards
Protect customer personal or sensitive data collected against mishandling and fraud. Collect personal information only as needed, and respect customer preferences regarding the use of their information.
Exemplify Integrity
Compliance with all licensing standards; Consumer Protection Laws; Employee Labor Laws and all applicable regulatory and business laws related to your specific business.
