We’re planning to get another house and lot, but looking back at the numbers really makes you think… 😅
Six years ago, the same property na fully paid ng partner ko cost ₱475+k lang. Today, the same house and lot but the house is sobrang sira na, but it costs around ₱1.2M. That’s more than double in just six years! 💸 graveeeeeee kamahal na oi😱😱😱😱😱

Pero grabi ang ginansya ni pag-ibig sa mga house nga under na sa ila sa mga house developer. In reality if you stop paying your house the interest may high at kahit bumalik kapa from the start payment consider sayo parin ang house and lot pero yung naunang bayad mo thank you nalang at uulit kananaman sa una at mas lumaki ang monthly. 😓 haytz... kon mag amo man lang ni kamahal ngita nalang kamo balay nga masulod nalang kamo kag fully furnished na. Bskan mag 2M pa goods na ina.
No doubt kadamo subong subdivision nga wala sang gaistar kay man ang pag-ibig imbes magbarato nalang baw daw sobra pa sila ya sa bag o tindog nga subdivision. 🤔🥱
If this system will never change sang PAG-IBIG baw Pinas damo lang gd tiwang wang nga mga balay nga wala tao.
