With great power comes great... mindful ability! 🧠⚡️Hey ICAns! We hope that you’ve been enjoying our activities for the GEM project so far! 💎 With this, we encourage you to practice this easy meditation exercise to keep you relaxed, free from anxiety, and to take a quick break during this week! You may follow the GIF as a guide for the breathing exercise.
Before starting the exercise, make sure that you are comfortable and located in a peaceful environment. 😌
1. To start, simply inhale for four seconds, hold for seven seconds, then exhale for eight seconds.
2. Repeat the 4-7-8 pattern for three more cycles.
3. We recommend that you practice this at least twice a day and include this in your everyday routine.
And with the snap of a finger, you have accomplished a calming state of relaxation! 😉 Please take time to rest, practice mindfulness, and improve internally. 🦋
