See you in Paluan! Legal Aid Caravan for DepEd Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Occidental Mindoro Chapter, in close coordination with the Department of Education (DepEd)-Division of Occidental Mindoro and the Local Government Unit of Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, will conduct LEGAL AID CARAVAN FOR DEPED TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL on 23-24 MAY 2025, 8:00 A.M. at the MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE ROOM of the Municipality of Paluan, Occidental Mindoro.

The above-mentioned activity is being made pursuant to the Memorandum dated 2 April 2025 issued by the IBP National, with subject: “Simultaneous Legal Aid Caravans for DepEd Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel (May 2025)”. Relevantly, said activity forms part of IBP’s mandate under the IBP-DepEd Memorandum of Agreement, which aims to promote access to legal aid services for our educators across the country, among others.

In the said activity, IBP Occidental Mindoro Chapter Lawyers and guest lawyers will provide the following services, to wit:

a) LEGAL LECTURES- Based on topics requested by DepEd personnel; and

b) ONE-ON-ONE LEGAL CONSULTATIONS- Addressing personal and work-related legal concerns. #
