Classes at all levels are suspended on July 24, 2025, in the following areas due to continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat):

Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Benguet, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Rizal, Metro Manila, Laguna, Quezon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Palawan, Cagayan, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Antique, and Iloilo.

Agencies delivering essential services such as health, safety, and disaster response shall remain operational. Non-vital personnel are not required to report physically to work and may adopt alternate work arrangements as determined by their agency heads.

The suspension of work and/or adoption of alternative work arrangements in private companies is left to the discretion of their respective employers.

Pursuant to Office of the President’s Memorandum No. 90, please be informed that the City Government of San Fernando offices will remain suspended tomorrow, July 23, 2025, Wednesday, due to the ongoing effects of Habagat.

While Acting Mayor Aurelio Brenz Gonzales has ordered a localized suspension of classes in San Fernando earlier, the President’s Memo also included the extension of the suspension of classes at all levels in public and private schools in Pampanga.

However, offices whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services—including the Alerto Fernandino—shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.
