The IGCS POLICE STATION would like to inform our fellow SAMALENEOS that our station are currently implementing the alternative way for the public or complainant to lodge their complaints online with the use of FACEBOOK MESSENGER as main platform thru our OFFICIAL FB PAGE IGCSPS E – REKLAMO, that established as part of “New Normal” wherein the complainants can lodge their complaint through online, and also through this method both PNP AND CITIZENS are prevented to be vulnerable with the Covid-19 Disease.

IGACOS PNP Online Complaint Desk @ igcsps “e-ReklaMo” is an alternative way for complainants with the use of Facebook Messenger as the mean platform.

The term “e-ReklaMo” is a portmanteau of i-reklamo and “mo” words which when read in Filipino language sounds like “i-reklamo mo”. The term encourages everyone from all social classification to lobby their complaints through the said platform.
