Just a week ago I sent a Demand Letter to the father of this child. Today, I was asked by the mother to draft the agreement since the father who has not contacted them for months, made contact and promised to send the demanded support.
This marks a small but meaningful victory for a mother who chose to stand up, and for a child who deserves nothing less than consistent love and support.
Let this be a reminder: ang paghatag og suporta sa anak dili kinahanglan hulaton pa og abogado, demand letter, o kaso. It is not just a moral duty — it is a legal and constitutional obligation.
At the end of the day, this is not about winning a case — it’s about securing a child’s future.
