21st Century Manpower is hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to handle client appointment setting, social media support, creative tasks, and partnership coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing and client relations. This role supports campaigns and helps build strong client partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and set client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
* Assist in managing client communications via email, phone, and social platforms
* Support social media content planning, posting, and basic analytics tracking
* Assist in creative projects such as captions, visuals, and campaign ideas
* Help manage partnerships with collaborators, influencers, and business partners
* Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and simple reports
* Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities
* Maintain organized client databases and appointment schedules
* Assist in event coordination and partnership activations when needed
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
* At least 1 year experience in marketing, sales support, or client coordination (fresh graduates may apply)
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience or basic knowledge in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
* Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable coordinating with clients and partners professionally
* Creative mindset with interest in digital marketing trends
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Basic understanding of branding and content creation
* Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
