Otherwise, sa kanila kayo mag-seminar during weekdays.

5. Matapos ang 2-3 days process ng inyong certificate of attendance sa BCIDP, at makuha ninyo sa PSA ang birth certificates at CENOMAR ninyo, pumunta na kayo sa City Hall mo or sa City Hall niya (kung sino madali kausap sa kanila at tunog matatalino), mag-fill up ng Application for Marriage License Form (in 4 copies) mula sa Civil Registrar Office. Isulat kamay lahat ng detalye sa form. Iwasang magkamali.

6. Kung sakaling may problema sa birth cert, CENOMAR atbp, kumunsulta sa BCIDP Law Group & General Consultancy FB page para sa kaukulang legal advise o option what to do.

13. May roster of priests, pastors or imams ang BCIDP Law Group.
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1741638742622297&id=100063871938985&mibextid=Nif5oz

16. Abangan itong lumabas after 7-15 working days.

CIVIL WEDDING BY A JUDGE DUE TO CONFLICT IN RELIGION or WHATEVER REASONS?

GUIDELINES WHEN YOU PREFER A JUDGE TO SOLEMNIZE YOUR MARRIAGE

1. You need to personally secure your "marriage license" first from your City Hall, to be processed in ten (10) calendar days. If you need assistance on this, we'll provide you legal options PERSONALLY in our office during your appointment.

2. Simultaneously, reserve our services by coming to our office (by appt only), sign up and pay the 50% deposit required.

3. Once you have the marriage license on the 11th day, bring it to our office or via courier.

4. We shall file the request for a judge in your behalf with your marriage license, your preferred marriage date, subject to court procedure i.e. raffle, etc.

5. Your proposed wedding date is subject to the assigned judge's availability. It is going to be held at his court room.

6. The assigned judge will ask you to both personally come to his court chambers prior to your proposed/scheduled wedding date, for scrutiny.

7. Judges authority are territorial. You follow his venue which is at his court room only, not your chosen outdoor venue. They are not allowed anymore to conduct outdoor marriage rites for a lot of valid reasons, just like the reasons of prohibitions for Catholic priests.

8. They can solemnize on weekdays ONLY & during business hours ONLY. Forget your dream weekend wedding (or do it again on another date with another solemnizing officer for dramatization purposes).

9. Judges' MAIN job is to resolve court cases, not to solemnize marriages. Once he is done with all his hearings for the day, then he can solemnize your marriage after.

10. Court rooms have limited space. You can only bring 2-12 witnesses or guests.

11. Post-marriage documentation / registration with the City Hall by the Court shall follow. Under the Family Code, your marriage contract shall be registered with the City Civil Registrar within fifteen (15) calendar days, or thirty (30) days for those qualified under Art. 34.

12. You can't dictate to the judge what details to put on your marriage contract i.e. place or time of marriage. Your role is just to COMPLY with the court RULES.

If you think YOU CAN COMPLY with ALL these terms, set an appointment with us.

Or feel free to go directly to the Office of the Clerk of Court of any MTC / RTC anywhere in the Philippines.

Otherwise, your option shall be our resident CATHOLIC PRIESTS & WEDDING MINISTERS duly authorized by our Family Code of the Philippines under Art. 7 (2) to solemnize CIVIL marriages which is compliant to the provisions thereto on the issue of religion.
