PETS NOT ALLOWED:
As of now pets are prohibited
APPLIANCES:
You're welcome to use our provided appliances including a heater, refrigerator, microwave oven, range hood, hot plate, steam iron and rice cooker.
TOILET & BATH:
A bidet is available in the toilet, and you can adjust the shower heater to your preferred temperature.
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY:
For internet access 100mbps, manually connect using the provided Wi-Fi name and password, which you'll find in the unit.
COOKING:
Feel free to cook, heat food, or prepare hot beverages during your stay. We kindly ask that you avoid cooking or storing strong-smelling foods like dried fish, bagoong, durian, and fried fish. Your understanding is appreciated.

You will have to pay their staff directly if they approach you for payment (admin office, located at Tower B).

POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE :
Shell Residences has multiple swimming pool. Every Tuesday or Wednesday, they are cleaning one of the swimming pool (no one is allowed to use the pool while cleaning)

Other things to note
SAFETY NOTICE
We advise all guests to exercise caution double check all cooking appliances when leaving the unit or if not use while on stay, particularly the hot plate, oven etcetera are off when not using. Your safety is important to us, and we want to ensure a comfortable and secure stay for everyone.
NO SMOKING
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Smoking in common areas is illegal. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony. Ensure the doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the unit. Penalty for smoking is 7,000 Php and automatic termination of stay.
VISITORS
We do not allow visitors during your stay, please notify the host if having a guest. This helps ensure a smooth entry process for your guests with security personnel.
NOISE
Please be considerate of noise levels to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Enjoy the amenities and views while keeping noise to a minimum.
ALCOHOL
Heavy alcohol consumption is not allowed. Please refrain from excessive drinking, and avoid drinking alcohol in shared areas. Penalty for drinking in shared areas is at least 5,000 Php.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS (Self-Check In)
Visitors must obtain a guest pass, requiring a valid ID submission during processing. To expedite this, send a picture of your ID to the host when booking.

Housekeeper will comeover : 10-20mins After CHECKOUT
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Early check-in is permitted if there's no prior booking, and late check-out is allowed if the unit isn't reserved for the following day. Inquire about early check-in after 10 am BEFORE your scheduled check-in day. For late check-out, check availability after 10 am ON the day of departure.
EXTENDED STAY FEES:
300 pesos per hour.
PARKING FEES :
1st 2hrs ₱30.00 Fee succeeding ₱20.00/hr
