Pag-IBIG Fund is keeping its low home loan interest rates until June 2025, ensuring affordability for its members. The rates remain at 6.25% per year for a three-year repricing period and 5.75% per year for a one-year repricing period. Minimum-wage earners continue to enjoy a special 3% rate, the lowest in the market.🏡✨

Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta credits this move to the agency’s strong financial standing, a record-high 93.72% loan repayment rate, and increased loan collections. Because of this, Pag-IBIG can finance housing loans without borrowing externally, shielding members from rising market rates.

With over 16 million active members, Pag-IBIG continues to offer some of the most competitive home loan rates, significantly lower than the market average of 6.82% to 8.78%.
