Before assuming his role as a professor, he honed his expertise as a sales manager at Earth and Shore Leisure Communities Corporation and as an in-house broker for Ayala Land Corporation, navigating the dynamic intersections of real estate sales and marketing with finesse. His pedagogical expertise illuminates the realms of Ecology, Planning and Development, Appraisal, Property Management, and Internet Technology, fostering a dynamic learning environment. With a decade of experience as a passionate educator, he continues to inspire and empower the next generation of real estate professionals.
