Thank you Love, client-plaintiff is happy because as regards his civil lawsuit for recovery of possession of motor vehicle, various documents and car accessories, damages and consignation with prayer for issuance of writ of replevin, the Branch Clerk of Court of the Metropolitan Trial Court [MTC] at Quezon City will work on the sending of the hard copies of the summons, complaint and attachments or exhibits appended thereto, writ of replevin and other court processes to the Office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Oficio Sheriff of MTC, Bulan, Sorsogon, for the purpose of service of summons and enforcement of writ of replevin by the latter office upon the defendant, who resides at a certain barangay at Bulan, Sorsogon.

Thank you Love, client plaintiff-pharmaceutical corporation is happy because as regards its civil lawsuit for trademark infringement, unfair competition and damages against two [2] defendants-corporations [maker and distributor], the Regional Trial Court [RTC] at Malolos City set on January 19, 2023 for hearing its motion for partial reconsideration and/or modification of the RTC decision praying, among other things, that the 2.4 million pesos, amount of damages awarded, be increased to 19 million pesos, as a consequence of trademark infringement.

Thank you Love, client-petitioner, who is a nurse-OFW stationed at Saudi Arabia, is happy because with respect to her civil lawsuit for declaration of nullity of void marriage, the Regional Trial Court [RTC] at Caloocan City has acquired jurisdiction over the person of the respondent; the RTC has granted her motion to refer case for investigation to determine whether collusion exists between the petitioner and respondent; the RTC directed the assigned Deputy City Prosecutor [DCP] to investigate whether collusion exists between the parties and to submit a report in connection therewith within a period of thirty [30] days from completion thereof; and the law office has sent a letter, by LBC Express, to the DCP, copy furnished the respondent, by registered mail, requesting for the issuance of subpoena requiring the parties to attend before the DCP for hearing or investigation.

Thank you Love, client-accused is happy because with respect to her case for cyber libel, filed against her by private complainant, former high school batchmate, pending proceedings before the Regional Trial Court at Malolos City, and as regards her complaint for concubinage and violation of right of a married woman against her said high school batchmate, filed before the Office of the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor at Bulacan, the said litigants recently entered into a compromise agreement and executed affidavits of desistance abandoning the cases, if only to amicably settle the cases and ultimately obtain peace of mind.

Thank you Love, client-respondent is happy because with respect to the case against her for surrender of owner’s duplicate original copy of transfer certificate of title and entry of new certificate of title under the name of petitioner, involving a real property located at Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, and as regards her civil case to declare void the sheriff’s notice of levy on attachment and sale on ex*****on and her criminal lawsuits for usurpation of real property and robbery against said petitioner and others, the said litigants, with the blessings of the Regional Trial Court at Calapan City, are exploring the possibility of entering into a compromise agreement and settling amicably the cases.

Thank you Love, clients-plaintiffs are happy because as regards their case for recovery of possession of real property and damages against nine defendants [informal settlers], the Metropolitan Trial Court at Caloocan City recently granted their motion for issuance of writ of demolition, afterwhich issued forthwith a writ of demolition directing the sheriff to immediately enforce the writ of demolition at the proper time stated in the order granting the said motion.

Thank you Love, clients-plaintiffs are happy because as regards their complaint for specific performance, delivery of Transfer Certificates of Title, etc., and damages against the defendant bank, a notice of appeal was seasonably filed questioning the dismissal decision of the Regional Trial Court at Caloocan City before the Court of Appeals.

Thank you Love, client-petitioner is happy because as regards his plan to file a petition before the Office of the Local Civil Registrar at Jaen, Nueva Ecija, for correction of entries in the certificate of live birth of her eldest daughter, an affidavit of legitimation, alleging therein, among other things, no impediment to marry and subsequent marriage, will be prepared in support of the petition, afterwhich submitted forthwith to the said office.

Thank you Love, client-petitioner is happy because as regards her plan to file petitions for issuance of new owners’ duplicate copy of Transfer Certificates of Title, in lieu of those lost, before the Regional Trial Court [RTC] at Cagayan de Oro City and RTC, Medina, Misamis Oriental, the petitions and annexes appended thereto have been prepared, and it will only be a matter of time, say after the Holidays, the petitions will be filed, accordingly.
