ANG INSECURE NA KALABAN MO NA KASALUKUYANG NAKAUPO....
.ay maaring gamitin (hypothetically) ang kanyang power upang supilin ang rights mo bilang citizen under the Constitution to provide or receive FREE public services from private individuals or organisasyon.

Ang pagtanggap ng FREE services outside the government from private people does not violate any provisions of the Constitution, instead, it complies with the Constitutional principles where the government also expects the people to help one another and make our community a better place to live with.

If this Constitutional "agreement" between the two parties is being violated by the government, then it is obviously abusing its power, leading to a dictatorship.

This is what the Filipino people do not want, ang DIKTADOR na klase ng pamamahala.

Lahat po ng Filipino citizens ay deserved tumanggap ng tulong not only from the government, but also from the private sector. You are required to study the bill of rights of the people at hindi sunod ka lang ng sunod.

LAW ENFORCER or PUBLIC SAFETY DEPT OFFICER KA BA NG LGU?

The act of asking for an LGU permit from non-rallying group na yan ay isang malinaw na paglabag sa ating Bill of Rigts o Art.
