MGA LEAVE NA NAAAYON SA BATAS

PARA SA: LAHAT ng empleyado

NOTE1: Walang nakalagay sa batas na Vacation Leave at Sick Leave. Sa halip, Service Incentive Leave lamang na 5 days ang nakalagay, na maaaring magamit kapag ikaw ay mahigit 1 taon na sa trabaho. Ito din ay dapat CONVERTIBLE TO CASH kapag hindi nagamit. Pero kapag nagbibigay naman ng VL at SL ang iyong kumpanya dati pa, pwede itong idemand sa employer bilang isang company practice. Pero ang minimum lagi ay 5 days na convertible to cash.

NOTE2: sa mga bagong panganak - maaaring ibigay sa legal na asawa ang hanggang 7 araw mula sa inyong 105days na Maternity Leave. Kapag idinagdag ito sa 7 days paternity leave ay maaaring maging 14 days ang leave ni mister upang mas makatulong sa pag-aalaga sa mga misis at ng inyong sanggol.

NOTE3: Kailangan magpa register bilang solo parent para makakuha ng solo parent leave.

NOTE4: Ang special leave for women ay galing sa Magna Carta for Women at sakop nito ang mga gynecological disorder tulad ng opera sa cervix at dibdib.

FYI, everyone, BIR Revenue Regulation 6-2019 implementing the Tax Amnesty Act granting estate tax amnesty (RA No.11213) will take effect on June 15, 2019 This is good news! Pwede nang ma-settle ngayon ang estate o mga naiwang ari-arian ng mga matagal nang yumao nating mahal sa buhay para mahati na ito sa kanyang mga heirs o tagapagmana. This applies to the estates of all those who died ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2017. The law resolves the common problem of most Filipinos who have not been able to settle the estates of their predecessors because of the high penalties, surcharge and interest na kailangang bayaran sa BIR. The estate tax will now be computed at 6% based on the net estate WITHOUT PENALTIES, SURCHARGE and INTEREST. Without the amnesty, the estate tax would have been computed at the maximum amount of 20% of the net estate plus 25% surcharge and interest at 20% and/or 12% per annum.
