DAMAYAN MAHARLIKAN CITIZENS ALLIANCE (DAMAYAN) is a multi-sectoral alliance which advocates citizens welfare & social justice affiliated with the Golden Eagles Club International (GECI) abd supported by MAHARLIKA PEOPLE'S PARTY (MPP) DAMAYAN MAHARLIKAN CITIZENS ALLIANCE (DAMAYAN) affiliated with the GOLDEN EAGLES CLUB INTERNATIONAL (GECI) and the NATIONAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS FOUNDATION (NCAF), is

a civic advocacy partylist group headed by noted consumers welfare advocate and Asia’s Award-Giving Icon EAGLE Dr. JONATHAN "JAKE" NAVEA. PhD which seeks to represent the marginalized Filipino citizens and the consumers, specially the less privileged Filipino families, senior citizens and urban poor, in its advocacy to achieve poverty alleviation, as well as to “achieve a healthy, educated, prosperous and empowered Filipino citizenry” nationwide and to help “promote social justice and good governance.”
