U.S. Embassy Consular Update: Changes in 2Go Express Premium Service Fee

Effective February 1, the fee for 2Go Express Premium Drop-off/Pick-up services has increased to Php 630.00 per visa applicant. There are no additional fees or processing charges. This rate applies to 2GO Express Premium locations nationwide. Please request and keep an official receipt for any charges or payments made.

Pick-up and drop-off of passports and documents at the U.S. Embassy’s offsite Visa Application Center (VAC) in Parqal Mall, Parañaque City, will remain free of charge.

Please contact the Embassy’s customer service hotline at (02) 8548-8223 if you have any document submission or delivery issues during this transition.

At this time, scheduled visa interviews and American Citizens Services appointments at the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines will proceed as scheduled during the lapse in appropriations. The offsite Visa Application Center in Parqal, Parañaque City, will also remain open for visa applicants who are scheduled for photo and fingerprint collection.
