Sa ilalim ng 2025 Rules on Electronic Notarization ng Supreme Court, maaari nang i-notarize electronically ang mga dokumentong nasa PDF o PDF/A format. Maaari ring humarap ang mga signatory sa isang Electronic Notary Public (ENP) nang personal o sa pamamagitan ng videoconferencing.

Ngayong August 10, nagsimula na rin ang application para sa commissioning ng mga Electronic Notary Publics (ENPs), isang mahalagang hakbang sa pagpapatupad ng eNotarization sa bansa.

Ang e-Notarization ay isa pang halimbawa kung paano nagagamit ang teknolohiya para gawing mas accessible at convenient ang mga serbisyo para sa publiko.

Nakikiisa ang DICT sa Supreme Court sa pagsusulong ng mga inisyatibang gumagamit ng teknolohiya upang gawing mas accessible, convenient, at citizen-centered ang mga serbisyo para sa publiko. Saludo sa hakbang na ito tungo sa mas digital na Pilipinas!
