Atty, bakit mahal bayad per apperance niyo at may bayad parin po kahit reset hearing?

8:30 am pa lang, naka-abang na sa tabi ng court iniiwasan ma-late para sa 10 am na hearing. Pakape-kape muna sa bakery habang nirereview ang kaso for today. Prepared. Calm. Ready. ✨⚖️

Bakit mahal yung bill per appearance?

Time & effort – Kahit nag-reset ang hearing, nakalaan ang oras ng abogado para mag-review, mag-handa, bumiyahe papunta court at maging handa sa scheduled hearing. Hindi lang siya basta “sumipot lang” — naka-block yung araw nila para sa case mo. 

Kasunduan sa fees – Ang mga attorney fees hindi fixed by law; yung magiging halaga ng appearance fee ay depende sa kasunduan mo sa lawyer, pati sa experience niya, complexity ng case, at kung saan korte ito.

Customary at praktis – May mga schedules ang Integrated Bar of the Philippines at IBP chapters para sa minimum appearance fees bilang guideline (hal. Php3,000–10,000 o higit pa bawat hearing, depende sa lugar at hurisdiksyon)

May bayad pa ba kahit reset hearing?

✔️ Yes — normal po na may bayad pa rin kahit na na-reset o na-postpone ang hearing, lalo na kung naka-ayos na ang abogado na pumunta, nag-handa na, at naka-schedule na ang hearing sa diary o calendar nila. Ito ay dahil professional service yung appearance nila, at hindi nasasabing hindi nila ginugol yung oras kahit hindi natuloy yung hearing.

How true ang chika regarding the Actor and his tita? (first cousin ng tatay ni actor). Allowed ba to under our law?

Yes, allowed under our PH law. Let's break the chika legally.

Ang sinasabing "tita" ay first cousin ng tatay ni actor. Legally, this is not a tita in the civil law sense (kapatid ng magulang). What the law categorically prohibits are marriages between ascendants and descendants, between brothers and sisters and between collateral blood relatives up to the 4th civil degree.

Sa chizmis na to, beyond 4th degree na si "tita" , kaya pwede sila ikasal.
Hindi rin ito incestuous kasi ang incestuous is ung between ascendants and descendants of any degree (magulang,anak, grandparents, apo, bothers, sisters, whether legitimate o illegitimate).

Aside sa moral at cultural issues, wala talagang legal prohibition. Pero naman, sa mahigit 4 billion na babae sa buong mundo.... dun pa talaga? Hindi nga bawal sa batas, pero medyo bawal sa group chat.
