Before buying a property, ask yourself:

What exactly do I want this property to do for me?

🏡 Give me a home.
💰 Generate rental income.
📈 Build long-term wealth.
👨‍👩‍👧 Give my family flexibility.
🏢 Support my business or work.
🔄 Give me an asset I can eventually reposition or sell.

Because not every property needs to do everything.

A common mistake is buying a property simply because it looks good, the location sounds impressive, or the promo feels irresistible.

But a property without a clear purpose can become an expensive asset sitting on your balance sheet.
