Adventurer’s Multi-purpose Cooperative (AMCOOP) is a responsible and legally compliant provider of job contracting services. It was organized by young professionals and concerned citizens that advocate social justice though inclusive economic growth and nation building. From its humble beginnings of P4200 worth of assets, it is now generating P12M revenue per year from its 4 reputable clients and

provides P3M dividend and patronage refund to its 18,600 members. AMCOOP was organized in January 6, 1993. It was registered under Cooperative Development Authority (Registration No. 9520-12013873) and by the Department of Labor and Employment under Department Order No. 18-A (Registration No. XII-0-2013-0910-060). BIR renewed its Certificate of Tax Exemption on January 21, 2015 for another five years which extends to January 21, 2020. Its latest Certificate of Good Standing was issued by CDA on May 5, 2015. AMCOOP is also registered with SSS (09-1509065-5), PhilHealth (201263300109), and Pag-IBIG (32-000039P). It is a member of the Union of Labor Service Cooperatives and ISO certified under International Standards Certification Global (ISC Global). Adventurer’s Multi-purpose Cooperative provides better employment arrangements for its members and offers an alternative source of manpower for the companies in need of unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers. It offers a win-win arrangement and more productive set up for its members and the client companies. For the members, it provides regular employment and long –term work arrangement that eliminate the 5-month cycle of employment. It also complied with labor code, recognizing the tenure of the employees, respects the rights of the employees, abide by the minimum wage law, and regularly pays their statutory benefits. For the companies, it allows retention of talents, eliminates the learning curves, prevent repeated hiring, training and termination, and minimize unproductive man-hours.
